Ce livre regroupe toutes les conférences faites au cours du congrès des 15èmes Journées Lyonnaises de Chirurgie du Genou intitulé « la Patella ». Ces articles font le point sur l'évolution du « menu à la carte » 25 ans plus tard à Lyon mais aussi à l'international. Il regroupe aussi une sélection d'articles « originaux » publiés en 1987 qui ont fait la base du démembrement de la pathologie fémoro-patellaire sur la scène internationale.

This textbook contains all the conferences presented during the 15th Journées Lyonnaises de Chirurgie du Genou entitled « la Patella ». These articles state the position of the Lyon's team and the international faculty 25 years after the first publication of the « menu à la carte ». There is also a collection of the « original publications » done in 1987, which have led to the basis and the identification of the main factors of patellofemoral disorders on the international scène.
